7 days art of living programme.

This is an experiential introductory course to Yoga theory and practice where one would experience a yogic way of life. It is best for anyone who wants to live a yoga way of life and experience peace within. It helps you to incorporate Yogic ideals in every field of daily life.
The programme covers asana with breathing rhythm, pranayamas, kriyas, conceptual learning, diet, attitude training, relaxation, meditation and several lectures.


14 Days Course for Beginners

The course will be fully focused on the students who are complete beginners or have been practicing yoga for few months and willing to learn the true knowledge of yoga through the guidance from a Indian Master. The yoga course for beginners will cover all the subjects like asanas, pranayama, detoxification (shatkarma), as well as theoretical sessions (yoga philosophy, patanjali yoga sutras, etc.)


21 Day Better Living Course.

The 21 Days Better Living Course is a course to begin your journey into the discovery of Yoga. It is designed for working professionals who may practice and learn yoga for a little more than an hour and experience the difference in their daily lives. The courses teaches Yogic concepts and their application in day-to-day life. The course covers introduction to Ashtanga Yoga, Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, attitude training and daily spiritual talks.


1 Month TTC course

Intensive Yoga teachers’ training in theoretical and practical aspects of Yoga is offered.
Syllabus consists of methodology and lesson planning, public speaking, diet, health, hygiene, stress management, Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas with their related benefits, limitations and contraindications. Some general knowledge of the different systems of the body.
